Barack Obama is not the first president to challenge decisions of the United States Supreme Court, nor will he be the last. Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln, Wilson and both Roosevelts certainly did. Any criticism one might make of his challenges, then, must consider his reasons. In Obama’s case, it comes down to this: If the Court upholds his tactics and policies to "transform" America, it is right. If it places any obstacles in his path, it is wrong.
