BARSTOW — Barstow Fire Protection District Captain Bobby Clemmer knows CPR can save lives because he’s seen it first-hand. Clemmer is urging locals to take advantage of free cardiopulmonary resuscitation courses offered by the city once a month. Clemmer coordinates the monthly classes that are held on the third Saturday of every month at the fire department, at 861 Barstow Road. Clemmer says the CPR courses could help save lives in the community.
