Obama spending your money

There are people out there who actually believe in “Obama money.” Who’s to blame: the individuals who believe it, our failed educational system, or the “dumbing down” culture of America?

It is said, “Only people who write letters to the editor, read letters to the editor.” I hope it isn’t true.

Folks, get the word out! Obama is not giving his money away. He is giving away taxpayer money. He is now giving away money your great-grandchildren will pay as taxes, years and years into the future. Your great-grandchildren will be paying for the “stimulus bill,” the “cash for clunkers program,” the first-time home-buyers tax credit, the bailouts, and for people to do nothing (extended unemployment benefits.) How will these descendants buy their own cars and homes?

Please understand, our country is past being broke. I don’t think there are words to describe our financial condition because the extent of our debt has never existed before. Get online! You’ll find that other countries are standing on the sidelines shaking their heads. Russia is smiling; they tried this and know it doesn’t work. The British people think we have lost our minds. Both India and China have bought hundreds of tons of gold with American dollars, causing a spike in the price of gold and a loss in dollar value.

The phrase “deficit neutral” and “monetizing the debt” really mean devaluation of our currency. Now if you think this is just “fear-mongering” perhaps, you too are part of the “dumbing down of America.”

Wake up America! It is your dollar they are spending and it is your accounts that are at stake.
