Some items remain to be claimed

NEEDLES — Deputies arrested two suspects after finding a stolen truck filled with suspected stolen property during a routine traffic stop in Needles.

Anthony Decarlo, 28, and Nicole Miller, 25, were booked in the West Valley Detention Center on suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, according to jail booking logs. Decarlo was also booked on suspicion of parole violation.

Deputies pulled over the Ford F-150 in which Decarlo and Miller were riding on suspicion of failure to stop at a stop sign at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday. After running the license plate, they found that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Bullhead City, Ariz., according to a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department report. Deputies searched the truck and found property that had been reported stolen during recent burglaries in the Bullhead City area, along with suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Deputies found the owners of some of the stolen property, in Bullhead City and Southern California. Other items remain unclaimed. Possible owners of the property or people with information on the stolen property are asked to contact Detective Murch at the Needles sheriff’s station at 326-9200.
