Weather may be frightful, but the lights are delightful

Snowmen, candy canes and an array of Christmas decorations lit up Steven Richardson’s home on the corner of Kelly Drive and Stevens Street Monday. Since moving to Barstow in 1992, Richardson has recruited his neighbors to light up their homes around Christmas time to spread holiday cheer around town.
