Public invited to State of Education address
County superintendent to deliver annual progress report Tuesday

SAN BERNARDINO• San Bernardino County Superintendent Gary Thomas will provide a progress report on public education in the county when he delivers his annual State of Education address on Tuesday.
In this year’s speech, which is themed “Leadership, Advocacy and Service,” Thomas is expected to highlight countywide accomplishments, discuss the state budget situation and issues of federal sequestration, according to a news release.
The public is invited to attend the address at the California Theatre of the Performing Arts at 562 W. Fourth St., in San Bernardino. It is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
