Golden State Water Company has announced the launch of “MyGSWater,” a custom, self-service web portal designed to enhance the customer experience via online convenience. Made possible through a partnership with KUBRA, MyGSWater is a highly-intuitive interface that allows customers to enroll in paperless billing, access payment history, schedule online payments, and manage a personalized online profile.

Golden State Water Company serves the Barstow community.

“MyGSWater allows customers to easily conduct a wide range of services from the convenience of their computer or smart devices,” said Regina Cullado, customer service manager for Golden State Water. “Customer satisfaction is the top priority for Golden State Water, and we are seeking new and innovated ways to improve the customer experience.”

The new MyGSWater online platform also provides customers the opportunity to view their bills, set up payment reminders, manage alerts and communicate directly with Golden State Water. Customers can access the MyGSWater portal at any time through any device, including laptops, tablets, PCs and smartphones through iOS and Android operating systems.

This is the latest in a series of enhanced online customer options offered by Golden State Water. In December, the company began accepting online payments, and added 7-Eleven, Family Dollar and ACE Cash Express to its network of locations that accept bill payments.

Customers may continue paying their water bills by mail or in-person at any Golden State Water office location. For a list of payment options, customers are encouraged to visit or call Golden State Water’s 24-hour Customer Service Center, 800-999-4033.
