After navigating her way through the first three rounds of "The Voice," Brennley Brown's fate will now reside in the hands of the voters — literally.

The talented local 15-year-old will next perform on NBC's hit singing competition Tuesday evening, with fans voting for their favorite artists via Twitter or the show's mobile app in real time during the Live Playoffs.

Up to this point the Apple Valley native has wowed the judges, getting scooped up by Blake Shelton during the Blind Auditions, stolen by Gwen Stefani in the Battle Rounds and receiving "Grammy-worthy" praise from Adam Levine for her performance in the Knockout Rounds.

One of 20 remaining contestants from a pool of 46,000 who auditioned to be on “The Voice” — each of the four judges has a team of five singers — Brennley is vying to make the top 12 and advance, with the two most popular artists from each team moving on and each judge getting to save one of their remaining three singers.

The voting comes with a twist, though.

The show is scheduled to air at 8 p.m. on the West Coast, but because it's a live episode, the voting will take place much earlier.

"They go off of East Coast time live voting, so you'll have to vote before you hear her," said Brennley's mother, Misty Brown. "At 5 p.m. for us is when Brennley will go live, it's based off the East Coast live feed. So you actually have to vote then, because the voting closes (before the show will air on the West Coast)."

That makes it imperative for Brennley's fans to know when and how to vote, and there are two ways to go about it:

• Download the official "The Voice" app on your smart phone. It will prompt you to create a team and then you'll have the option to add Brennley to your team. Once you've done that, you can vote up to 10 times for Brennley once the voting begins. Make sure to have your notifications turned on for "The Voice" app — that can be done through the settings on your smart phone — so that it will notify you when her voting window opens.

• The second way to vote is through Twitter. To cast a Twitter vote, simply tweet or retweet an artist's designated hashtag during the applicable Team Voting Window. For Brennley, you'll want to use the hashtag #VoicePlayoffsBrennley to vote. However, fans are limited to one vote per artist, per Twitter ID, per Team Voting Window.

The time to vote for Brennley — she's on Team Gwen — will be announced on air, via "The Voice" official app and the official NBC Twitter handle @NBCTheVoice. The voting window will open some time between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., but fans should sign up for the app beforehand, as it locks before the show begins.

The top two vote-getters from each team, along with the four saves, will be announced live on the show and advance to the next round.
