Next up is the DSL Finals, taking place this Saturday at Victor Valley High School, starting at 11 a.m. The first-string Aztec varsity wrestlers will take part in hopes of qualifying as many for the CIF-SS Individuals as possible.
“Hopefully we can carry today’s momentum through to Saturday and qualify a few for league finals,” said Barnhart.
The CIF-SS Individuals is coming up Feb. 15 and 16, with the State Finals being held March 1 in Bakersfield.
