City laborer Scotty Brown arranges barricades that were used during Saturday's Mardi Gras Parade at the city public works yard at 900 Avenue H on Monday afternoon. The Public Works Department spent the weekend and part of Monday cleaning up and getting things arranged following the weekend parade.
