• Police responded to a report of rape on the 1300 block of Kelly Drive at 10:03 p.m., though no arrests were made because the allegations were unwarranted, the police report stated.
• Police arrested a 22-year-old woman under suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and attempting to bring into a prison, jail, et cetera, a controlled substance or unlawful paraphernalia on the 900 block of Armory Road at 5 p.m.
• Police arrested a 31-year-old man under suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, illegal possession of a firearm, and violating his parole on the 23800 block of Highway 58 at 1:08 p.m.
