• A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance on the 600 block of Elm Avenue at 6:27 p.m.
• Someone reported a disturbance on the 400 block of Fenoak Drive at 4:55 p.m.
