Tuesday
• Brandon Buckhalter, 26, was arrested on suspicion of battery of a spouse, failure to appear in court, resisting a peace officer, speeding and driving without a license on the corner of Sunrise Road and Montara Road at 9:08 p.m.
• Police responded to a report of a residential burglary on the 300 block of East Fredricks Street at 8:09 p.m.
• A 39-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, driving without proof of insurance, speeding and not wearing a seat belt on the corner of Maxine Avenue and East Fredricks Street at 7:46 p.m.
• Police arrested Darla Marshall, 34, on suspicion of petty theft on the 700 block of Upton Drive at 1:18 p.m.
• Michael Spicher, 40, was arrested on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, obstructing an executive officer and possession of a controlled substance on the 500 block of West Fredricks Street at 10:00 a.m.
• Someone reported a brandished weapon on the corner of Navajo Street and Muriel Drive at 9:31 a.m.
