Bargain hunt

“We were busy until around 3:30 (a.m.),” she said. “It picked back up around 7.”

Stores at Tanger opened at midnight for after-Thanksgiving shopping and gave prizes to the first 250 shoppers, said Tanger General Manager Jennifer Rodriguez. The first 250 shoppers to line up in front of the Welcome Center at 9 a.m. Saturday will also receive a prize.
