BARSTOW Police have arrested four suspected Barstow gang members on suspicion of raping a 16-year-old girl one of the men met on Facebook.

On Wednesday at 6:16 a.m. a 16-year old girl told police she had been raped during the early morning hours after Austin Tillman, 25, and Antwion Stewart, 20, forced their way into a vacant apartment in the 2000 block of Lassen Drive and led her inside, according to a Barstow Police report. The victim told police she first became acquainted with Tillman from Facebook.

Once inside, the victim said she was raped and assaulted by Tillman and Stewart, who invited Ray Pacheco, 19, and Anthony Davis, 22, to join in the assault.
The victim said all four of the men forced her to perform sex acts against her will. All four men are Barstow residents.

According to the report, police investigation revealed all four men are suspected members of a criminal street gang that claims a county public housing area as their territory, and the gang prides itself on a reputation of sexual prowess and violence.

The four men ordered the girl not to tell anyone about the attack or "their people" would do her harm. The girl submitted to a medical examination which revealed potential evidence supporting her allegation.

On Thursday all four men were arrested by police without incident and booked at the Barstow Jail on charges of forcible race and oral copulation.

In subsequent interviews, three of the men told police they were expectant fathers and were more afraid of their girlfriends or wives finding out about their infidelity than being arrested, according to the report.

A report will be forwarded to the District Attorney's office for the consideration of additional charges of rape in concert, residential burglary and being involved in a criminal street gang.
