Fort Irwin Police logs

Dec. 31 - Jan. 5
• Police responded to a report of a traffic accident on Fort Irwin Road in Jackhammer Pass.  A local soldier rolled his vehicle and was not injured. The California Highway Patrol resumed the investigation.
• Police responded to a report of a person ringing a man's doorbell, discharging a fire extinguisher, and fleeing at an unknown building. Police were unable to locate the suspect.
• Police responded to a report of gasoline stolen from a parked vehicle at an unknown location. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of personal items stolen from an unlocked vehicle at Sage Brush Housing. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an unattended dog at Cactus Cove Housing. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a tire and rim stolen from a vehicle at an unknown building. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a family dispute at Langford Lake. There was no evidence of a crime, and both parties were warned and advised.
• Police responded to a report of a dog left in the rain at Mojave Desert Housing. The owner was notified to remove the dogs from the elements.
