The Bradco Companies has merged with Los Angeles-based Colliers International.

Colliers has been monitoring the High Desert region for more than 10 years as a viable market.

"With Los Angeles and Orange counties being almost completely built-out, development will continue to move eastward," said Carla Gazzolo, senior managing director for Colliers International in greater Los Angeles.

One of the key drivers for Colliers International and The Bradco Companies collaboration will be recruitment of new and existing commercial brokers throughout the greater Southern California area.

"We were attracted to Colliers International for several reasons including the firm's strong international platform, company culture and values, and comprehensive service portfolio," said Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR, founder and president of The Bradco Companies.

Brady will be senior vice president and director of Colliers International in the High Desert.

The acquisition of The Bradco Companies allows Colliers to fill gaps in its service model that they offer in the markets but have not been able to reach, said Rick Chichester, president, North America, of Colliers International.

The Bradco Companies is the number one ranked commercial real estate company in the High Desert region. They offer a complete range of services, including the lease, purchase or sale of commercial office inventory and properties.

Since 1993, The Bradco Companies has published The Bradco High Desert Report, a publication with insider news and analysis of economic trends in the region.

This resource will now be available to all Bradco and Colliers clients.

Colliers International is a global real estate services company that provides a full range of services to real estate users, owners and investors worldwide.

Colliers operates in 267 offices in 57 countries.
